First login is guaranteed, this is a personal account.

Instructions:

1 - Enter the email in the Creative Cloud desktop application. It will ask for a code.

2 - Go to outlook.com or hotmail.com in an incognito tab and log in with the same email and password to get the code.

• If you get an error logging into the mail, you can download and use the Outlook mobile app.

• If you receive an "Account locked" warning, you can access the account by completing SMS verification.

3 - After entering the code in the Creative Cloud app, it will ask you to create a password. Set your own password.

4 - It will then ask for name, surname, etc. You can fill in random information and continue.
